Payment Options
All of our services are billable to insurance. Prior to beginning services, we will review your payment options during a 15-minute consultation with our support staff. If you use insurance to pay for your services, we will obtain an estimate of your mental health benefits from your insurance carrier. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to understand your insurance policy and benefits. We review your benefits as a courtesy. ​

Out of pocket rates are listed here. ​​If you use insurance to pay for services, your costs will be determined by your insurance carrier. We bill for all services rendered; therefore, your cost will depending on the services rendered to you. Please inquire for more information.
Late Cancelation / No Show
Less than 24-hours notice will result in the full session fee being billed to you out of pocket. (Current active policy.)
Missed testing appointments will results in a fee of $350.00 per event. (New Policy as of March 1st, 2025)
A fee may be waived when the missed appointment is able to be rescheduled.
Waitlist Status
Currently, there is no waitlist for testing (last updated 2/17/2025).
